Submit your abstract – Prepare a concise abstract using the official template and submit it via EasyChair by 30 April 2026.
Undergo review – Your abstract will be reviewed by the programme committee.
Prepare your paper or poster – Use the Paper Guide, Paper Template, or Poster Template.
Submit your full paper or poster – Upload by 30 June 2026.
Full paper submission is not required in order to attend or present at SET2026.
Authors may submit their full manuscript up to two weeks after the conference if needed, and the paper will still be considered for inclusion in the SET2026 Conference Proceedings.
The Editorial Board oversees the review process and makes final acceptance decisions based solely on the academic merit of the delegates' submissions. Conference attendance is not required for publication.
Registration
Timeline & Fee
Early-Bird Registration: Save on the full delegate fee by registering before 30 Apr 2026. Early bird pricing offers the best value for attendees.
Standard Registration: Regular registration continues up to 31 Jul 2026 with full access to all sessions and conference events.
Registration Fee Coverage: Fees include conference materials, access to all sessions and workshops, and breaks. Membership discounts are available for WSSET members, and student categories offer reduced rates.
